This is one of the textures that I'm really happy about how it turned out. This is the kind of textures I use alot myself (yupp, I'm a grunge/old addict :)). It was created with the help of Vered's texture specific brush. Gotta say I'm in love with these brushes so you'll probably see more from this theme :)
